What is Gifts NY return policy?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.


You may cancel or amend your order within 1 hour of purchase.


For Bags, Jewelry and non-custom printed items, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.


For Returns or Exchanges, please request them by contacting our team at info@giftsny.com. Before doing so, please read our Refund Policy as it discusses who's eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Should you have questions, please email us at info@giftsny.com.

What are the shipping/delivery times?

Delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days. Please note that as a result of Covid-19 the Postal Service, and Shipping Carriers are experiencing delays in their delivery times.



How do I track my order?

Every customer receives a tracking number after your order has been shipped. If for some reason you did not receive a tracking number, just send us an email at info@giftsny.com.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer free US orders on all orders of $10 or more. For orders less than $10, we offer low flat rate shipping for only $4.99.


For International orders, shipping is free for orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $50 is applied.

My package is missing. What do I do?

Please check the tracking information sent to your email from Gifts NY email address. 


If you do believe there is a problem with your package, please contact the shipper directly. The tracking link provided to you in the confirmation email you received should include all the information you need.
